Bishop's Brew House
provides Salt Spring islanders with a fabulous wine or beer kits so that they can
make great but inexpensive wines in our store or at their home. Bishop's is also set up so you can bring in your fruit and make your own organic fuite wine, port or cyder. Call first before you bring in your apples, pears, cherries, blackberrys or grapes.
