Wine crafting is as simple as 1,2,3,4 ... enjoy
- Choose your wine from the RJ Spagnols menu below.
- We mix the ingredients and you add the yeast.
- We then ferment, rack, fine, rack, filter, your wine for you.
- You then make an appointment to bottle your wine around the due date usually in about 6 weeks from the time it is started.
